1. Open source: - Python is free and its source code is available to everyone to see, make changes to, and redistribute.

3. Object-oriented: - Python has followed the Object-Oriented approach to application development and project solving since it’s inception. 4. Interpreted: - Python code is run by a program called an interpreter. A programmer is, therefore, able to change/update code and quickly see the results. However, this makes python slower than compiled languages like C because it does not run machine code directly.
